Job summary

Moncler Group in Milano is seeking a 32h Part-Time Client Advisor for our boutique at Milano Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience and building lasting relationships with a discerning, international client base.

You will collaborate with the team to achieve individual and store targets, uphold the brand's luxury standards, and participate in clienteling, after-sales, and stock-replenishment activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales roles, especially in luxury fashion/retail.
• International experience in professional contexts is a plus.
• Retail-oriented with commercial mindset.
• Strong understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate is a plus; eager to grow in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide a unique client experience and build long-lasting relationships.
• Achieve selling targets and contribute to team targets.
• Maintain Visual standards and stock management in collaboration with VM team.
• Assist in inventories and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with team to energize and motivate others.
