European University Institute in Florence offers a 12-month paid traineeship within HR Strategy and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. The role includes organizing EDI events, conducting research and data analysis, supporting training, and contributing to the annual EDI report.

The placement is full-time, 40 hours per week, starting 1 February 2027. A monthly grant of EUR 1,540 is provided, with travel-cost reimbursement for eligible trainees and access to subsidized meals and EUI facilities.

Qualifications

• Completed first-cycle university degree, diploma normally obtained no more than three years before the deadline.
• English at B2 or above plus satisfactory knowledge of another EU language.
• EDI interest may come from study, training, research, volunteering or professional activity.

Responsabilités
