The European University Institute is seeking a highly motivated trainee to join the Human Resources Service and gain hands‑on experience in the design, implementation and evaluation of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) initiatives in the context of the EUI Strategy 2026-2031.

Working closely with the EDI Officer and the Office of the Provosts, the trainee will contribute to research, data analysis, reporting, training, events and communication activities that support the EUI's commitment to

Competenze

• EU/national candidates eligible; limited non-member state nationals may be admitted depending on agreement.
• Proficient in EN, FR, IT languages and at least one other official language of the EUI working languages.

Mansioni

• Support organisation of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion events across the Institute.
• Assist with research, data collection and analysis to support EDI initiatives and action plans.
• Contribute to the organisation and delivery of EUI's EDI training activities.
• Assist with the preparation of the annual EDI Report through data collection and drafting content.
• Provide administrative support to EDI-related committees and working groups, including meeting prep and follow-up.
• Assist with EDI communication and engagement initiatives, including the EDI podcast and awareness materials.
• Maintain and update EDI resources, documentation and records, and support archiving activities.
