Responsibilities

• Regulatory and documentation reviews.
• Support in monitoring Gender Equality Certification KPIs.
• Assistance in preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
• HR data collection and analysis related to workforce demographics, compensation practices, career development and inclusion.
• Support for Pay Transparency assessments and gap analyses.
• Participation in HR and business stakeholder meetings and workshops.
• Preparation of research materials and project deliverables supporting the student's thesis work.
