Job summary

Dedalus Spa is offering an HR Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion Intern role in Milan. You will support global HR initiatives, assist with D&I events, and help promote an inclusive culture across local and international teams.

The internship provides hands-on experience in engagement, communications, and project support. The position emphasizes collaboration with the Talent, Learning & Inclusion team and requires strong English proficiency, creativity, and ability to manage multiple initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Master's degree can be a plus but not required.
Proficiency in English, C1 level, with excellent written skills.
Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion and creating meaningful change.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills including writing and editing aligned to branding.

Responsibilities

Support D&I strategy and events, coordinate awareness days (e.g. International Women’s Day, Pride Month).
Create engaging content for internal communications and learning materials.
Maintain D&I program documentation and assist in cross-functional meetings.
