Kyra, a leading enterprise influencer marketing platform, is seeking a Paid Media Manager to optimize paid campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and YouTube, collaborating with the Director of Paid Strategy.

You will plan, manage, and activate campaigns, analyze results, run test-and-learn programs, and report findings to clients. The role requires 3+ years in digital paid media, budgeting $500k+, strong Excel, and an analytical mindset to drive performance across countries.

Competenze

• Deep understanding of the paid social advertising landscape.
• 3+ years of experience in digital paid media roles (TikTok / Meta / YouTube).
• Proven track record of improving campaign performance through data analysis.
• Confidence managing paid media budgets of $500k+.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• Ownership mindset and high attention to detail on administrative tasks.
• Ability to make and justify decisions that drive client performance.
• Comfort working with clients and teams across multiple countries and time zones.
