Pillar is hiring for a Growth Marketing role focused on Meta and TikTok ads across Italy and Spain, with direct impact on lead generation and sales alignment. You’ll partner with design, video, and creators to deliver data‑driven campaigns and a repeatable acquisition playbook.

You will own performance end‑to‑end, build a testing engine, and translate insights into briefs. Expect a fast‑moving startup tempo, with responsibilities across multiple markets.

Formación

• 3–5 years hands‑on with Meta Ads and 1+ year with TikTok Ads.
• Experience managing lead‑generation campaigns with a sales team.

Responsabilidades

• Own Meta and TikTok performance end to end, including structure, budgets, bidding, and lead forms.
• Build a creative testing engine with clear hypotheses and a testing rhythm.
• Translate data and feedback into actionable creative briefs and campaigns.
• Maintain reliable Meta Conversions API and TikTok Events integrations.
• Protect lead quality by optimizing forms and messaging.
• Scale campaigns across Spain and future markets.
