Ideal candidate will manage campaigns, optimize for ROAS, and present concise monthly performance reports. Collaboration with the podcast host is required to align advertising with business objectives and audience growth.

Qualifications

• Experience planning, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to provide campaign performance data (CPS, CPL, conversion rate, ROAS).
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, creative testing, and attribution.
• Knowledge of policies for financial services promotions.
• Fluent German is required (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, YouTube/Google, and TikTok.
