You will translate growth goals into paid media strategies across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and Pinterest, coordinating with Brand, Media, Analytics, and Agencies to unify consumer touchpoints.

The role requires analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and fluency in Italian and English.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of paid media, digital advertising, media trading, or performance marketing desired.
• Experience with at least one major biddable platform and willingness to develop cross-platform expertise.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into action.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage paid media campaigns across major platforms.
• Configure and maintain campaign parameters including budgets, audiences, and tracking.
• Conduct QA checks to ensure campaigns align with plans and brand guidelines.
• Monitor delivery and performance, identify issues, and implement fixes.
• Optimize performance with budget, bids, audiences, and creatives.
• Analyze performance using platform reports and KPIs to drive recommendations.
• Prepare timely, actionable reports for media, ecommerce, analytics, and brand teams.
• Share platform expertise and best practices with colleagues and partners.
• Stay updated on platform developments and industry benchmarks.
• Use tools like MediaMax and Autobidder according to requirements.
