Job summary

Pillar is hiring a Growth Marketing professional to own Meta and TikTok performance for Italy and Spain, with a strong emphasis on lead generation and collaboration with design, video, and Sales. You will implement a creative testing framework, maintain CRM signals, and optimize campaigns for qualified leads.

This role is based in Milan or Barcelona, with a growth‑oriented, fast‑paced startup culture. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Meta Ads and at least 1 year in TikTok Ads, fluent Italian

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience with Meta Ads and at least 1 year with TikTok Ads.
• Experience managing lead-generation campaigns with a sales team behind them.
• Practical experience with Meta Conversions API, TikTok Events and CRM integrations such as HubSpot.
• Experience briefing designers, video editors or creators.
• Native-level Italian and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta and TikTok performance end to end: structure, budgets, bidding, leads and form campaigns.
• Build a creative testing engine with clear hypotheses and a rhythm for testing.
• Turn insights into creative briefs for the design and creator teams.
• Connect campaigns to business outcomes with CRM signals feeding platforms.
• Protect lead quality by refining forms and messaging.
• Scale across markets by adapting concepts for new countries.
