Odoo, a global tech company, is seeking a Junior Account Executive - Outbound in Milan to drive new business with a consultative sales approach. You will connect with companies, identify needs, and present innovative solutions to digitize their operations.

The role combines on-site collaboration with two remote days in a hybrid setup. You will learn quickly, develop relationships, and contribute to growth with curiosity, energy, and a proactive attitude.

Competenze

• Undergraduate students or fresh graduates with a maximum of 1 or 2 years of experience.
• Previous outbound sales, BDR or SDR role will be considered a plus.
• Knowledge of Italian (C2) and English (C1)
• Passion for sales and customer relationship building, with motivation to learn best practices and sales tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and long‑term relationships with clients
• Commercial mindset and strong negotiation potential, with motivation to achieve targets while delivering a positive customer experience

Mansioni

• Lead generation across multiple channels to build a robust pipeline.
• Own the full sales cycle from qualification to closing.
• Demonstrate Odoo product and present tailored solutions.
• Foster client relationships and support post-sales onboarding for 6 months.
