Odoo in Milan is seeking a Functional Analyst to bridge client needs with smart ERP solutions. You will analyze business processes, translate requirements into Odoo configurations, and guide clients through implementation, training, and rollout across industries.

You will work in a hybrid setup with on-site and remote days, collaborating with SMEs, providing training, and contributing to product improvements based on client feedback.

Competenze

• Undergraduate students or recent graduates with up to six months of experience.
• Italian language at C2 and English at C1 are required.
• Strong analytical thinking and project management abilities.
• Technical affinity with data analysis tools and BI platforms.

Mansioni

• Implement Odoo by analyzing client needs and configuring workflows.
• Support partner network and contribute to training and certification.
• Deliver product knowledge through training sessions and workshops.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to provide client feedback for improvement.
