Odoo, a global tech player, seeks a Junior Sales Account to manage a portfolio of mid-sized Italian clients and collaborate with our partner network to ensure superior support throughout the Odoo journey.

You will use a consultative approach to strengthen partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and maximize value from Odoo across multiple industries in Italy. The role blends hands-on selling with strategic relationship building.

Competenze

• 1-2 years of sales experience.
• Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1).
• Strong relational, communication and negotiation skills.
• Project management ability to manage timelines and priorities.
• Stakeholder management including clients and partners.

Mansioni

• Develop the relationship and grow the contract: manage a portfolio of existing clients and partners in Italy.
• Be the main point of contact of our partners: analyse and understand their in-depth needs.
• Increase customers' adoption by demonstrating new apps and upselling opportunities to offer suitable solutions.
• Negotiate contract renewals: from monthly to multi-year subscriptions.
