Job summary

Rotork Lucca site seeks a Warehouse Team Leader to steer the team, drive lean improvements and ensure efficient material flow to global plants. You will manage stock accuracy, supervise staff, and coordinate with production and planning to meet schedules.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in warehouse operations, strong ERP and Excel skills, and fluency in Italian with good English. This is a fixed-term contract with focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse and logistics experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Fluent Italian and professional English (minimum B2).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team, providing training, coaching, and assessments.
• Apply Rotork Lean and Daily Management rules to improve site performance.
• Drive accuracy, quality, and lead time to meet productivity goals.
• Manage inventory movements: receipt, put away, pick, pack, and dispatch.
• Plan resources and capacity based on production and schedules.
• Maintain inventory integrity including value, levels, and locations.
• Lead cycle counts and stocktakes to improve accuracy.
• Be the key user for Warehouse Management Systems.
• Ensure safety and compliance with EHS policies.
• Monitor warehouse costs and spend against budget.
