Job summary

FedEx is seeking an Ops Service, Quality and Process Associate / Specialist / Senior Specialist to join a newly formed European Global Trade Service department. You will analyze data, drive quality initiatives and support customs clearance objectives across IT, PL and PT.

You will collaborate with local teams, plan and lead projects, and ensure alignment with strategic standards while benefiting from FedEx extensive training and career opportunities.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• PM certification preferred (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP).
• Solid problem solving, analytical skills and IT affinity.
• Excellent communication at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Root cause analysis based on dashboards or data queries.
• Lead and manage quality and process improvement initiatives for operations.
• Collaborate with customs clearance teams and other functions to improve service.
• Ensure alignment with strategic quality objectives and standards.
• Support programs/projects across regions with multiple departments.
