Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. is seeking an Operations leader to manage and develop Area Managers and drive operational excellence at a Fulfilment Centre site in Italy. You will lead shifts, collaborate with finance, safety, and HR teams, and deliver initiatives to improve performance and efficiency.

The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decision making, and experience in production and supply chains, with a base salary aligned to the local market and collective agreements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in people and stakeholder management.
• Advanced English and intermediate Italian language skills.
