Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager in Torrazza, Italy to lead Area Managers and shape the operational plan that achieves safety, quality and productivity targets. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Health & Safety and Security to push excellence across the site.

The role requires experience in people management, data-driven decision making and strong English, with intermediate local language skills. The position is based at a Fulfilment Centre in Italy.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing people and stakeholders.
• Advanced verbal and written English; intermediate knowledge of the local language.
• Experience using data or anecdotes to influence decisions.
• Experience in production and supply chains.
