Job summary

Moncler in Trebaseleghe, Italy, is offering an internship within the People & Organization team to support Operations functions. Immediate availability, full-time for 6 months.

You will assist the HR Business Partner with employee relations, maintain HR data, monitor KPIs, define recruiting needs and draft job descriptions, and support internal HR projects, while benefiting from structured development through our Career Start Program.

Qualifications

• Master/Bachelor degree in Economics, Humanities or Labor Consultant.
• Proficient in English.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point).
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to the HR Business Partner in employee relations activities.
• Maintaining accurate data in the HR team's database.
• Monitoring HR KPI’s and analytics reports.
• Defining recruiting needs and drafting job descriptions.
• Actively supporting internal HR project.
