Job summary

YellowSquare is seeking an Intern in Technical Operations & Compliance at our Rome headquarters. The role focuses on contract administration, archiving, and ensuring regulatory compliance within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Technical high school diploma or equivalent accreditation.
• Proficiency in CAD software for interpreting and editing floor plans.
• Advanced Excel and Google Workspace skills for data and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Contractual administration, archiving, and monitoring of deadlines for utilities and maintenance.
• Procurement oversight and quality assurance to ensure vendor and equipment compliance.
• Regulatory and safety compliance tracking for workplace regulations.
• Auditing building permits, SCIA declarations, and system certifications; modify floor plans with CAD.
• Coordinate with facility managers and external consultants to keep records updated.
