Job summary

YellowSquare is looking for a talented and passionate Kitchen Intern ready to learn and dive into the dynamic rhythm of an international kitchen in the heart of Porta Romana. If you love Italian and international cuisine and want to train in a stimulating environment where passion meets innovation, you’re in the right place. You’ll support the team in our pub & fast-food menu preparation, learning to ensure quality and order for all our guests.

What you’ll do:

• Menu Management: Support in the management and preparation of meals (fast food / pub menu);
• Kitchen Care: Maintaining cleanliness and order of tools and your station, ensuring a safe environment;
• Quality Control: Helping to ensure every dish meets YellowSquare’s standards of taste and presentation;
• Safety First: Learning and strict adherence to hygiene and workplace safety regulations.

What you’ll bring:

• Culinary Skills: Great passion and a basic knowledge of both Italian and international cuisine;
• Attitude: Eagerness to learn, ability to work in a team, and stay calm under pressure;
• Experience: No significant previous experience required, but a strong interest in starting a career in high-intensity kitchens;
• Flexibility: Availability for non-split shifts from Monday to Sunday.
