Job summary

Ohmspace in Rome is seeking a Project Assistant (Extracurricular Internship) to support administrative, financial, and operational activities across the company.

You will gain hands-on experience in cross-functional business processes, including documentation, meetings, travel and expense reporting, and onboarding, with mentorship and potential future opportunities.

Duration up to 6 months with €800 monthly allowance under Lazio regulations; applicants must have right to work in Italy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration (Economia Aziendale) or Management Engineering (Ingegneria Gestionale).
• Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to draft internal procedures and structured documentation.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist Administration and Finance activities including invoicing and documentation.
• Draft and update internal procedures and document workflows.
• Organise and archive administrative and financial records with traceability.
• Support meetings: agendas, minutes, and action item follow-up.
• Support travel arrangements and expense reporting per policy.
• Provide daily operational support and participate in internal training.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve coordination and efficiency.
