Job summary

YellowSquare is hiring for an extracurricular Internship/Stage across our reception and bar teams in Rome, Milan, or Florence. You will receive full training to build a 360-degree foundation in hospitality and guest interaction, with shifts that rotate weekly and a structured 3+3 month program.

After completion, there is a strong hiring potential. Ideal candidates are energetic, love working with people from around the world, fluent in Italian and English, and ready to grow in a vibrant

What we offer:

• Contract Type: Extracurricular Internship/Stage (3 months + 3 months).
• Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week.
• Compensation: €800 gross per month + free meals.

What are we looking for?

• Shift Flexibility: Shifts rotate weekly between mornings and evenings (no longer than 22:00).
• Positive Attitude: A "can-do" mindset and a genuine passion for human connection.
• Languages: Fluent Italian and English (any extra language is a massive plus!).

After the internship, there is a high chance of being hired, depending on our open roles.

In order to be considered for this position you need to have the necessary documents to be hired in Italy, such as Codice Fiscale and Residence Permit.
