AVASO Technology Solutions is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer to join our team in Amsterdam. You will provide on-site and remote desktop support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and ensure endpoint systems are configured and maintained to meet client needs.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in desktop support, strong Windows, Mac, and Linux experience, AD, SCCM/MDT, and ITIL familiarity.
Competenze
- 2+ years of Desktop Support experience.
- Strong Windows, Mac, and Linux proficiency.
- Active Directory user management and security basics.
- Proficient with remote desktop tools and troubleshooting.
- Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) knowledge.
- MS Office and productivity software proficiency.
- Hardware diagnostics and system imaging skills.
- Familiar with ITIL processes for incidents and changes.
Mansioni
- Provide on-site and remote desktop support to users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals.
- Deploy OS updates and software packages.
- Work with IT team to resolve issues and document solutions.
- Perform system audits and ensure security of endpoints.
- Provide end-user training and technical documentation.
- Manage support tickets across stakeholders.
