ESP Global Services is seeking an experienced IT Technician to provide on‑site technical support for a global aerospace client. You will maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and network equipment, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and user assistance.

The role emphasizes ITIL-aligned incident and change management, Active Directory administration, and collaboration with local and international teams to keep critical systems running smoothly.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience providing IT infrastructure support, including hardware, software, and operating system troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Italian - C2 and English - B2
• Good command of Windows O/S
• Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting experience
• Wireless networking knowledge
• Understanding of network protocols, server hardware and configurations
• Experience with Active Directory
• Advantage: Basic knowledge of LAN‑WAN setups and concepts
