Competenze

• 2+ years in desktop support or similar IT roles.
• Experience with Windows, Mac, Linux and Active Directory.
• Ability to install, configure, and maintain desktops and peripherals.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and end-user training.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
