AVASO Technology Solutions in Cagliari, Italy is seeking an onsite IT Support field Technician with 2+ years of experience to provide hands-on end-user support and IT assistance.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, install and configure desktops, laptops, and peripherals, and document solutions for knowledge transfer.

Fluency in English and Italian is required, with a customer-focused approach and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 2+ years of Desktop Support experience.
• Experience with Windows/Mac/Linux environments.
• Active Directory for user mgmt and policies.
• Knowledge of remote desktop tools and troubleshooting.
• Networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• MS Office and productivity software proficiency.
• IT security best practices.

• Provide on-site and remote desktop support for users, resolving issues quickly.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
