TVS SCS RICO Italia is seeking an Engineer VR04 to join its IT team in Veneto. The role provides daily local and remote support for hardware, software and applications.

You will troubleshoot issues, log steps in the ticketing system, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure consistent incident resolution across shifts. The ideal candidate has at least 18 months IT support experience and strong AD/Windows knowledge.

Competenze

• Minimum 18 months of IT support experience.
• Proficient in Windows platforms and AD.
• Experience with virtualization and tickets systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Italian and English language proficiency.

Mansioni

• Resolve incidents and service requests.
• Perform IMAC activities for CLIENT devices and services.
• Provide Hands and Eyes IT support across IT infra.
• Coordinate with resolver team to ensure SLA adherence.
• Provide Windows, Mac and Linux on-site support.
