TVS SCS RICO Italia is hiring an IT Infrastructure Engineer (VR03) to operate, support and continuously improve the Enterprise IT infrastructure. You will act as an escalation point for complex incidents and work with Service Desk, Field Services, and global teams to ensure reliable IT services across sites.

The role emphasizes stability, security, standardization and contribution to transformation initiatives in line with Group IT standards.

Competenze

• Experience in business support, IT support, IT engineering or IT consultant.
• Basic or Medium experience in operations within a given field of IT
• Bachelor degree of engineering, information management or business administration

Mansioni

• Operate, support and improve the Enterprise IT infrastructure with focus on stability, security and standardization.
• Serve as escalation point for L2/L3 incidents, contribute to problem management and RCA.
• Support infrastructure transformation initiatives aligned with Group IT standards and rollout of new group solutions.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Field Services, global teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
