• Comprensione di base di infrastrutture server e risoluzione problemi.
• Conoscenze di base di operazioni e gestione data center.
• Conoscenza di cablaggio di rete e tracciamento cavi.

Mansioni

• Fornire supporto onsite L2 IT e troubleshooting di base per server e infrastrutture IT.
• Risolvere problemi Windows e eseguire controlli di sistema di base.
• Mantenere conoscenze di VMware ESXi e tecnologie VMware.
• Eseguire attività di gestione di base del data center.
• Gestire e tracciare cablaggi di rete/server e identificare le connessioni tra attrezzature.

L2 IT Support Engineer Location:
Rome, Italy Experience:
3–5 years
Role Overview We are looking for an
L2 IT Support Engineer
to provide onsite IT and data center support at the Italian location. The ideal candidate should have good hands-on experience with
Windows environments
along with a basic understanding of
VMware/ESXi, server troubleshooting, data center operations, and cabling . Key Responsibilities Provide onsite
L2 IT support
and basic troubleshooting for servers and IT infrastructure. Troubleshoot
Windows-related issues
and perform basic system checks. Have basic knowledge of
VMware ESXi and VMware technologies . Perform basic troubleshooting when a server or system is down, including checking connections and interfaces. Perform basic
data center management
activities. Handle and track
network/server cabling
and identify cable connections between equipment. Assist with connecting and replacing network/server interfaces as required. Perform basic hardware and connectivity troubleshooting. Coordinate with remote teams and local site contacts for issue resolution. Follow standard troubleshooting procedures and escape complex issues when required. Required Skills & Experience Experience in
L2 IT Support / Data Center Support . Good knowledge of
Windows operating systems
and troubleshooting. Basic knowledge of
VMware ESXi and VMware technologies . Basic understanding of
server infrastructure and troubleshooting . Basic knowledge of
data center operations and management . Basic understanding of
network/server cabling and cable tracking . Ability to troubleshoot basic
connectivity and hardware issues . Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently at the customer site. Preferred Profile Previous experience working in a
data center environment . Experience supporting
servers, VMware/ESXi, and Windows environments . xdwybme Candidates with hands-on exposure to onsite infrastructure support are preferred. VMware/ESXi expertise is
not required at an expert level ; basic practical knowledge is sufficient
