Job summary

Hines is seeking a Community Manager in Lombardy to oversee tenant relations, move-in/out processes, and on-site services. You will coordinate events, support PMS usage, and assist with marketing, finance, and safety tasks across the property.

The role requires multilingual communication, tech comfort, and flexibility to work shifts, including holidays and weekends, to ensure a high standard of living and operations for residents.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian and English; a third language is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools.
• Strong PR skills with tenants and local partners.
• Familiar with building systems and night alarms.
• Basic administrative knowledge is required.
• Willing to work on shifts, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage move-in/move-out processes and greet tenants.
• Inspect site and organize shared areas.
• Support PMS implementation and app usage.
• Plan and coordinate tenant events and communications.
• Assist on-site marketing, finance, and rent-receipt tasks.
• Handle tenant complaints and safety inspections.
• Coordinate deliveries, parcel collection, and reservations.
• Maintain cleanliness and report maintenance needs.
