Job summary

Hines is seeking a Community Manager in Melzo, Italy to coordinate move-ins/outs, supervise shared areas, support on-site operations and events, and act as the on-site reference for safety and tenant communications.

You will partner with operations to optimize guest services, manage parking and deliveries, assist with branding, and ensure timely maintenance inspections, reporting issues to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Fluency in at least Italian and English; a third language is a plus.
• Confident with the use of technology.
• Good PR skills with tenants and local partners.
• Knowledge of building systems and night alarm readiness.
• Basic administrative knowledge.
• Available to work on shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Possibility of being transferred to other buildings for future openings.

Responsibilities

• Move-in and move-out coordination for tenants and ensuring a warm welcome.
• Site inspection of the structure and common areas for proper maintenance.
• Guide tours of shared spaces and oversee cleanliness and upkeep.
• Organize and supervise the shared areas and coordinate events within the structure.
• Support on-site PMS usage and assist in app implementation.
• Provide on-site marketing support for activities, communications, and branding.
• Review tenant payments, unpaid balances, and balance sheets with finance support.
• Handle tenant complaints and provide timely responses.
• Communicate move-outs for timely re-marketing.
