Saipem, a global leader in energy and infrastructure, seeks an Onshore Structure Engineer in Milan. You will design steel structures, coordinate 3D modeling, and drive the definition of BOQs and material qualification.

Expect close collaboration with clients, discipline teams, and procurement across projects. Requirement includes a civil engineering degree, at least 5 years in the energy sector, and English at B2 level.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (any); Master Degree Structural would be a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in possibly in Energy industry.
Proficient in English at B2 level.

Mansioni

Support the Operational/Discipline Leader in applying and updating standards, procedures, and work instructions; define steelwork scope and schedules.
Monitor and coordinate discipline activities, manage interfaces, and ensure alignment with contract requirements, schedule and budget.
Interface with Client and Vendors on technical matters affecting schedule and costs; support communication with Client.
Design steel structures and ensure alignment between 3D model, calculations, and drawings; prepare BOQs and MTOs; support procurement.
Monitor steelwork manufacturers and provide field engineering support, including shop drawings and delivery schedule control.
