Saipem, a global leader in engineering and construction for energy and infrastructure, invites a Construction Engineer to join the Energy Carriers Business line in Milan. You will report to the Head of Construction Technical Office and help coordinate schedules, oversee production parameters, and support problem solving on site.

The role requires a Master’s or degree in Civil Engineering, at least 5 years of experience, and English at B2.

Competenze

• Master's degree or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Engineer.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level.

Mansioni

• Coordinate with Project Team the set-up of time schedule.
• Control production parameters in terms of efficiency and productivity.
• Support the Construction Superintendent during data workflow set-up and its continuous monitoring.
• Support the resolution of technical problems encountered during the execution of the works.
• Support the Construction Superintendent and Supervisors during the verification of quantities accounts of the works, including updating man-hours and cost estimates for scope of work changes.
• Ensure the preparation of RFQ during Bid and Executive Projects, including their TCF design, procurement and construction methods and schedule.
• Capitalize construction experiences through data back up with necessary traceability.
