Job summary

NUMA in Italy seeks an on-site Operations Coordinator to ensure every guest experiences a flawless environment, working with Housekeeping, Maintenance, regional and central Ops, and our remote GX team in a tech-enabled hotel model.

You will conduct daily room checks, manage back-of-house logistics, and communicate clearly to keep operations running smoothly across teams.

Qualifications

• Italian native or C2 speaker; English B2.
• Guest-obsessed mindset with attention to detail.
• Extreme ownership and self-starter attitude.
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to engage physically with the product.
• Structured approach to BOH inventory, maintenance tickets and daily briefings.

Responsibilities

• Obsess over guest rooms with daily room checks and collaboration with Housekeeping and Maintenance.
• Run daily operations: monitor arrivals, housekeeping briefings, and walk public areas to ensure pristine condition.
• Spot, report, and fix discrepancies; analyze guest feedback to address on-site requests.
• Manage back-of-house activities: storage, stock, deliveries, and assist remote ICT team with tech troubleshooting.
• Keep the wider company informed by logging issues and updating on-site developments.
