TheArchitectureofCalm in Sicily’s Salina Island seeks a Guest Operations Manager who will design and steer the operations system that runs the house, reporting directly to the owner. You will be the quiet architect behind our daily rhythm, ensuring a seamless guest journey with a focus on premium hospitality.

You will lead in-season operations to elevate the guest experience, orchestrating reception, kitchen alignment, and housekeeping data while maintaining flawless guest nuances.

Qualificações

• Fluent English; conversational Italian welcomed but not mandatory.
• Background in excellence, operations, high-end events, or luxury hospitality.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations in-season (April–November) to elevate the guest experience, coordinating reception, kitchen and housekeeping, and aligning data and staff to flawless execution.
• Rebuild the operational blueprint, strategies, templates, standards, and training for the Evolution (winter/remote), bringing fresh, progressive ideas directly to the owners.
