Job summary

Numa in Florence (Italy) is seeking an on-site Operations Coordinator to ensure every guest steps into a flawless environment. You’ll collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, regional and central Ops, and our remote Guest Experience Team to keep our tech-enabled hotel model running smoothly and on-brand.

You thrive on attention to detail, proactive ownership, and hands-on engagement. Fluency in Italian (native/C2) and English (B2) is preferred, plus strong communication across on-site staff

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian (native/C2) and English (B2).
• Strong attention to detail with guest-satisfaction focus.
• Hands-on ownership and proactive problem-solving.
• Excellent communication across on-site and remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily room checks and coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance.
• Oversee daily operations: arrivals, briefings, and public areas.
• Spot, report, and fix discrepancies affecting guest experience.
• Manage stock, deliveries, and local compliance; assist ICT on-site.
• Keep internal knowledge up-to-date and communicate with remote GX team.
