NUMA is hiring a Guest Experience Agent to support guests across our European properties. The role combines online communication with in-person service at the lobby, ensuring smooth check-ins and personalized experiences.

You will be the guest advocate, handling inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, offering local tips and timely resolutions. The position is fully on-site with a fixed-term contract and potential extension.

Competenze
