The Green Recruitment Company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a 100–200 MWp utility-scale Solar PV project in Sicily, Italy. You will act as the owner's on-site representative, overseeing delivery by EPC contractors and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Reporting to project leadership, you will coordinate with EPCs, subcontractors, engineers, and grid stakeholders across civil works, PV installation, BoP, MV/HV cabling, and commissioning.

Competenze

• 3–5 years in construction management or owner’s representation.
• Experience in utility-scale solar PV projects preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, SLDs, and project schedules.
• English language proficiency required.
• Willingness to be site-based with valid driving licence.
• Engineering/technical degree required.

Mansioni

• Act as the owner’s on-site representative, monitor progress.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and contractual compliance.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and grid stakeholders.
• Oversee civil earthworks, PV installation, BoP, MV/HV cabling and substation works.
• Support commissioning activities and grid connection.
