GOLDBECK SOLAR is seeking a Site Manager in Italy to lead construction on large-scale solar projects, coordinating internal teams, contractors and authorities to ensure on-time delivery. You will own daily activities, monitor budgets, timelines and promote a strong safety culture on site.

Fluency in Italian and English, with willingness to travel across Italy, are required. This role reports to the project management team.

Competenze

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Several years of site management experience on utility-scale solar or BESS in Italy.
• Strong knowledge of Italian construction, permitting and HSE regulations.
• Fluent Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Lead daily construction activities and ensure schedule alignment.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site logistics.
• Monitor progress, costs and timelines; mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with designs, permits and specs.
• Coordinate permits with local authorities during construction.
• Support commercial management on variations and claims.
• Implement quality management and oversee inspections.
• Maintain Italian HSE compliance and safety culture.
• Prepare progress reports and site documentation.
• Represent GOLDBECK SOLAR on site with project teams.
