The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Construction Manager for a 100–200 MWp utility-scale solar PV project in Sicily, Italy. You will act as the owner’s on-site representative, overseeing civil works, PV installation, and HV substation activities to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in construction management, with strong experience in renewables or large-scale projects, and a willingness to be site-based in Sicily.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in construction management or site supervision.
• Utility-scale Solar PV experience highly desirable.
• Background in renewables, power infrastructure or large-scale industrial construction.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, SLDs, technical specifications and project schedules.
• English required.

Construction Manager | Utility-Scale Solar PV Location: Sicily, Italy Project: 100–200 MWp Solar PV HV Substation I’m currently working with an international renewable energy developer on an exciting 100–200 MWp utility-scale Solar PV project in Sicily , and we’re looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join the project team.

Project 100–200 MWp utility-scale Solar PV plant HV grid-connection substation Environmental mitigation works Full EPC delivery model Sicily, Italy Permanent position | Daily on-site presence

The Role

You’ll act as the owner’s primary on-site representative, monitoring construction progress and ensuring the project is delivered safely, to the required quality standards, on schedule and in line with contractual requirements.

• Environmental mitigation
• Commissioning

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years’ experience in construction management, owner’s representation or site supervision
• Utility-scale Solar PV experience highly desirable
• Background in renewables, power infrastructure or large-scale industrial construction
• Good understanding of PV construction phases and site interfaces xjncmbx
• Ability to read engineering drawings, SLDs, technical specifications and project schedules
• Strong site judgement, communication and problem-solving skills
• A practical, proactive and commercially aware approach
• Engineering, Energy, Construction Management or relevant technical degree
• English required
• Valid driving licence and willingness to be site-based
