ISI – International System Industry s.r.l. is seeking a Site Manager to oversee on-site execution of utility-scale solar PV projects in Italy.

You will lead day-to-day operations, coordinate civil, mechanical, and electrical teams, and ensure safe, high-quality deployment in line with project requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring schedules, supervising installation activities, and maintaining strict quality control while coordinating with clients, consultants, and local authorities.

• Coordinate subcontractors (civil, mechanical, electrical) and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and promote a strong safety culture.
• Monitor project schedule and progress, reporting to the Project Manager.
• Oversee installation of PV modules, mounting structures, inverters, and cabling.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to design and engineering specifications.
• Interface with clients, consultants, and local authorities when required.
• Manage site logistics, materials, and equipment.
• Support commissioning and handover activities.

The Site Manager is responsible for the overall on-site execution of utility-scale solar PV projects, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery in line with contractual requirements, technical specifications, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations for solar PV construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors (civil, mechanical, electrical) and site teams
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and promote a strong safety culture
• Monitor project schedule and progress, reporting to the Project Manager
• Oversee installation of PV modules, mounting structures, inverters, and cabling
• Ensure quality control and adherence to design and engineering specifications
• Interface with clients, consultants, and local authorities when required
