Moncler Group is seeking an engaged Retail Merchandising Intern to join the Grenoble Retail Merchandising team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.

The role is a FULL-TIME 6-MONTH internship starting in September. You will support qualitative and quantitative analyses, collaborate with HQ and Regional teams, and help prepare materials for HQ meetings. A monthly internship allowance of €800 and meal vouchers are provided.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Business.
• Interest in Merchandising or Buying departments.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel proficiency.
• Passion and sensitivity for luxury products.
• Team player with ability to work under pressure.

Mansioni

• Conduct qualitative analyses daily/weekly/monthly and share results with Collection and Retail merchandising teams.
• Support HQ and Regional teams during sales campaigns.
• Carry out quantitative analyses to define MO for balanced global product mix.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and VM teams for alignment on assortment, communication and availability.
• Prepare materials and presentations for HQ-level meetings.
