Job summary

Novartis in Lombardia, Italy seeks a Content Activation and Omnichannel Orchestration Manager to lead domain activities in Customer Excellence, ensuring content is activation-ready and orchestrated across field and digital channels for the TA/Disease Areas.

You will drive adoption of the ICE framework, optimize content tagging and MLR processes, and partner with brand teams to translate journeys into omnichannel strategies using SFMC, Oncore, and iCVA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing or related field.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• 3+ years’ experience in Commercial Excellence or Omnichannel Marketing in pharma or regulated industries.
• Proven expertise in channel orchestration using CRM, SFMC and iCVA.

Responsibilities

• Partner with brand teams to design and execute insights-driven omnichannel strategies.
• Translate customer journeys into actionable orchestration plans using SFMC and Oncore.
• Drive omnichannel capability building with SFMC, iCVA, and V&A channels.
• Own end-to-end content activation with localization, compliance and MLR alignment.
• Monitor omnichannel performance via KPIs like engagement and journey adoption.
• Ensure content is optimized for field and digital platforms (Oncore, iCVA) with governance.
• Support handshake meetings between International and local brand teams under the operating model.
