Job summary

Saipem cerca un Process Engineer per il team ENCAR – Energy Carriers, con sede a Fano. Il candidato supporterà la progettazione di processo, simulazioni e redazione di PFDs e P&IDs, dimensionamento equipaggiamenti e strumenti, oltre a preparare datasheets.

Si richiede laurea in Ingegneria Chimica (magistrale o equivalente), esperienza tramite progetti universitari o stage, e una buona conoscenza di italiano e inglese.

Qualifications

• Laurea magistrale o laurea in Ingegneria Chimica o equivalente.
• Esperienza di progetti universitari o stage come Process Engineer.
• Conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese.

Responsibilities

• Redazione di criteri di progetto di processo, basi di progetto e filosofie operative.
• Simulazioni di processo e bilanci di energia e materia.
• Progettazione di PFD e P&IDs, dimensionamento apparecchiature e datasheets.
• Dimensionamento strumenti e datasheets, ESD e C&E.
• Calcoli di portata di sollievo PSV; progettazione di flare e blowdown.
• Interfacce tra discipline e revisione fornitori/TBEs.
• Supporto a HAZID/HAZOP e revisioni di progetto.

Purpose of the position: As Process Engineer you will be part of the ENCAR – Energy Carriers business line. How can you support us?

• Preparation of Process Design Criteria, Design Basis, and operating philosophies
• Process simulations and preparation of Heat & Material Balances (H&MB)
• Development of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
• Equipment sizing, calculations, and preparation of process datasheets
• Instrument sizing, calculations, and preparation of instrument datasheets
• Development of Cause & Effect (C&E) Matrices and Emergency Shutdown (ESD) Philosophy
• Relief load calculations and PSV sizing
• Flare and blowdown system design
• Line sizing and hydraulic calculations
• Utility summaries and process input to utilities design
• Support to HAZID / HAZOP studies and design reviews
• Technical support during vendor documentation review and TBEs
• Interface management and coordination with other disciplines and licensors

What are we looking for? Education: Master's Degree/bachelor’s degree in: Chemical Engineer or similar Background: University projects or internship as Process Engineer Languages: Italian, English What else should you know?
