Saipem, a leading engineer and constructor for energy and infrastructure, seeks an Offshore Structural and Subsea Equipment Engineer in Italy. You will design subsea structures, guide teams, and support supplier evaluations for offshore wind and related projects.

The role requires international collaboration, travel for project needs, and a hybrid working model located in Fano (PU). Proficiency in Abaqus, SACS, and Inventor is expected.

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years of offshore structural engineering experience.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Perform mechanical and structural design of subsea structures using FEA/FEM.
• Coordinate junior engineers and designers, providing technical guidance.
• Develop knowledge of subsea equipment for requisitions and supplier evaluations.
• Plan activities, maintain deliverables, and monitor milestones.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
