Job summary

Saipem Offshore Construction (SOC) seeks a 2nd Offshore Construction Shift Supervisor to support safe, efficient offshore campaigns. You will assist the Offshore Construction Supervisor in coordinating vessel operations, ensuring HSE compliance and adherence to project requirements.

The role requires a technical background and at least 3 years in marine operations or vessel-related work, with supervisory exposure. Offshore rotation, international travel, and multicultural teamwork are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marine operations, subsea installation or vessel operations.
• Previous exposure to supervisory or lead positions.
• Technical background aligned with offshore construction activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate offshore personnel, subcontractors and vessel departments to maintain operational continuity.
• Supervise offshore construction activities during assigned shifts for safe, efficient execution.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, permit-to-work systems and client requirements.
• Monitor progress of offshore activities and report risks or opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to shift handovers, daily reporting and toolbox talks.
• Assist in operational planning and communication across teams.
• Support Offshore Construction Supervisor in coordinating vessel operations.
