Saipem is hiring a Vessel Operations Engineer for its Offshore Construction activities in Italy. You will provide operational and engineering expertise to support tendering and project execution, reviewing deliverables and advising on best practices.

Offshore rotations are mandatory, with a focus on safe, efficient, and cost-effective offshore delivery. Preferred candidates hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Naval, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering with 3–5 years of relevant experience and English

Competenze

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Naval, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience; previous methods engineering background is a plus.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Mansioni

• Provide operational and technical expertise to support tendering activities and project execution, ensuring safe and cost-effective offshore delivery.
• Review engineering deliverables, installation methodologies, procedures, and execution strategies, identifying risks and improvements.
• Advise Project Operations Managers and stakeholders on best practices and execution solutions.
• Support project planning, mobilization, installation, and demobilization, ensuring timely availability of vessels and resources.
• Coordinate inputs from Engineering, Operations, Assets, and other disciplines to align planning with offshore execution.
• Aid in resolving technical and operational challenges across all project phases.
