Saipem Offshore Construction (SOC) is seeking a Vessel Operations Engineer in Italy to provide operational and engineering expertise for tendering and project execution. The role collaborates with project engineering teams to align plans with offshore execution and industry best practices.

Requirements include a Master’s or Bachelor's in Naval, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering and 3–5 years of experience; availability for offshore rotations is mandatory.

Competenze

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Naval, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience; methods engineer background is a plus.
• Technical knowledge includes Microsoft packages and Primavera and/or MPP; SAP optional.

Mansioni

• Provide operational and technical expertise to support tendering activities and project execution, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of offshore operations.
• Review engineering deliverables, installation methodologies, procedures, and execution strategies, identifying risks and opportunities for optimization.
• Advise Project Operations Managers, Vessel Management Teams, and stakeholders on best practices and execution solutions.
• Support project planning, mobilization, installation, and demobilization activities, ensuring timely vessel and resource availability.
• Coordinate inputs from Engineering, Operations, Assets, and disciplines to align project planning with offshore execution.
• Contribute to resolving technical and operational challenges across all project phases.
