Glovo Group is seeking an hands-on Office Manager to lead operations for our Italian market from our Milan HQ. You will oversee offices in Milan, Rome, Turin, Naples, and Palermo, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and shaping the employee experience.

You will manage administration, vendors, and events; drive culture, and support social impact initiatives with GlovoCares. Based in Milan, this role focuses on creating an exceptional workplace for a growing team.

Competenze

• Experience in office operations and administration.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

Mansioni

• Central Administration: manage PEC, payments, merchandising, onboarding.
• Budget Management: manage office budgets and supply inventory.
• Facilities Management: coordinate vendors for cleaning, catering, security across 5 locations.
• Stakeholder Management: bridge between senior managers, interns, and external providers.
• Event Planning: lead major office events including Summer/Winter parties and leadership summits.
• Office Vibes: organize in‑office activities to boost attendance and culture.
• Social Impact: handle local GlovoCares volunteering program.
