JUWI Group is seeking an O&M Sales Manager to identify and secure new O&M contracts for utility-scale PV plants in Italy. You will build relationships with asset owners, lead negotiations, and develop sales strategies, with work location flexibly based in Milan or Verona.

The role requires collaboration with technical teams and a proven track record in O&M or EPC sales, with travel across Italy and a strong commercial mindset.
